we apologize for not updating our website sooner- 

our Hate Crime and Civil Rights Training and Education Program continues to be busier than ever! 

 

some of what we have been up to includes:

 

-         re-introducing our hate crime bill (for the 3rd year) to include the category “gender identification and/or expression”

-         civil rights teams in middle schools throughout Providence

-         we are part of an exciting collaborative working on peace and the arts in education

-         we continue to be RI’s source for all law enforcement for hate crime/civil rights violations trainings through out the State;  this would not exist without the full participation and support of the RI Attorney General’s office

-         we will be co-producing an annual seminar with the RWU School of Justice Studies, this year with school resource officers- and MUCH MORE!!!!
